The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band represents the descendants of the Indigenous people of the greater Monterey Bay region. The Tribe is actively revitalizing its culture and traditions while advocating for the protection of sacred lands, cultural resources, and ecological restoration.
Amah Mutsun Land Trust
The Amah Mutsun Land Trust restores Indigenous stewardship of traditional lands in the Central Coast region. Through conservation, habitat restoration, and community education, AMLT integrates cultural values with environmental protection to heal both the land and its people.
