Join us to a book talk with Lily Hsueh, Associate Professor of Economics and Public Policy at Arizona State University. Professor Hsueh will present and discuss her forthcoming volume with MIT Press, Corporations at Climate Crossroads.
This timely book examines the critical role corporations play in addressing—or hindering—climate action. Hsueh explores the crossroads where business, policy, and sustainability meet, raising urgent questions about corporate responsibility in the face of the climate crisis.
The talk will be followed by discussion and inquiry into the book’s themes, offering the UCSC community an opportunity to engage directly with the author about how corporations can (and must) respond to our era’s greatest environmental challenges.
