California’s Fifth Climate Change Assessment is hosting an interactive webinar highlighting findings from the newly released Central Coast Regional Report. Members of the UCSC community are invited to learn about the latest climate research affecting California’s Central Coast and explore how these findings can help inform policy, planning, adaptation, and resilience efforts across the region.

The webinar will provide an overview of key findings from the Central Coast Report, followed by discussion of how the research can support climate-related decision-making. The report includes contributions from members of the UCSC community, making the event especially relevant to those interested in climate science, sustainability, public policy, and regional resilience.
